Products can be assigned to Price Books in quote•hapily as well as HubSpot
When quote•hapily is installed, a "quote•hapily Price Book" field is added to the Product object. quote•hapily manages this field automatically so that it always has the list of Price Books you've configured.
You should always manage the Price Books themselves in quote•hapily, but you can also manage which products are assigned to them in HubSpot (and certainly in quote•hapily as well).
Even though quote•hapily manages the values in the Price Book field for you, any time the Price Books selected for a product are changed, they sync to quote•hapily. This means that you can manage which Price Books a product is assigned to by
- Editing the Product record directly,
- Editing Product records from a Products list view,
- Editing Product records from a Workflow,
- Editing Products through the HubSpot API
