How do I add quote•hapily App Cards to HubSpot record views?

quote•hapily enables users to create, view, edit, and approve quotes within Deal records by utilizing HubSpot App Cards. Here's how to add the app cards to your record views.

Setting Up quote•hapily App Cards:

  1. Access Record View Settings: Within the settings, go to "Objects" > "Deals" > "Record Customization" and select the view you want to edit.

  2. Add the quote•hapily App Cards:

    1. In the right sidebar, click on "Add Card" and select both the quote•hapily Quotes* and quote•hapily Deal Line Items Card. 

    2. In the middle column, click on "Add Card" and select the quote•hapily Approvals card.

  3. Position Cards: Drag and place the cards in your preferred order within the sidebar and center column.​

  4. Save Changes: Once positioned, click "Save" to apply the changes to your Deal record view.

*There are two quote•hapily Quote cards - one of these is a legacy card. You will need to select the top quote•hapily Quote card option in order to add the newest version. 

 

The "quote•hapily Quotes" App Card

This card displays all quotes associated to the deal categorized by the quote status. It also provides functionality to create, edit, view, delete, clone, approve, and recall quotes as needed.

The "quote•hapily Deal Line Items" Card

This card provides an  overview of the line items linked to a deal. The displayed line items will automatically refresh whenever edits are made to an associated quote or when a new quote is generated.

The "quote•hapily Approvals" Card

This card enables you to approve, reject, preview, edit, and recall published quotes. You can also search through quotes using the quote name or  filters such the associated deal, quote status, and quote approver.
